I am pleased to convey my warmest congratulations to all members of the ABOUBEKR BELKAID TLEMCEN university family on the occasion of our university being recently honored by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research with a number of Algerian universities due to being positioned on the international ranking of LE-WUR universities this year.
This ranking once again brings the leading position and the good reputation of ABOUBEKR BELKAID Tlemcen University. It is the fruit of the sustainable pursuit of its executives, its teachers, its staff, and its students to increase the level of its performances in the fields of higher education, scientific research, and governance management.
Our university has been and continues to participate in national efforts to promote the technical, scientific, and intellectual skills of Algerian citizens in general and future Algerian executives in particular.
The presence of our university within the The-WUR classification, which depends on the results obtained in the fields of higher education in its three phases, scientific research and its impact on the international scientific community and national socio-economic sectors, as well as management governance, is considered the benchmark of the degree of involvement of all levels of the university family, in particular students, teachers, researchers, and staff.

I would also like to particularly thank the members of the ABU BEKR BELKAID University committee for their efforts and diligence for the visibility and improvement of the university classification, mainly the vice-rector in charge of university habilitation and post-graduation scientific research and higher education, who is actively working for the participation of our university in the various international classifications.
